Pineappowl Games Developer built the Delta MMORPG app as an ad-supported app with in-app purchases. This SERVICE is provided by Pineappowl Games at no cost and is intended for use as described in this policy.

This Privacy Policy informs users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for those who choose to use our Service.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information collected is used to provide and improve the Service, protect user progress, and manage purchases linked to individual accounts. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our app requires users to create an account with a username and password to access their purchases, game progress, and account-based features. This ensures:

  • Recovery of game progress in case of device changes.

Why Registration Is Required

Account registration is mandatory for the following reasons:

  2. To safeguard user progress from data loss.

Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed securely via the payment platform of the device being used:

Both platforms adhere to their respective fee standards for each country. Purchases are directly tied to the user’s account to ensure recovery in case of device changes. Players who do not register will not be able to recover purchases or progress if they switch devices.


Security

We value your trust in providing your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. Passwords are encrypted, and even our servers cannot access them. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Multiplayer Interactions

Player interactions occur through the Mirror Networking framework using the uMMORPG asset. Shared information is limited to gameplay interactions and does not include file transfers or personal data sharing.

Rules
By playing the game, the player agrees to abide by the rules:
Terms: * Inappropriate words: Racists, sexuality, profanity, intolerance and etc; * GMs: The GameMasters of the game, being Staff, game developers;
-Do not name characters, Guild or write in chat: Inappropriate words *; -Don't try to deceive GMs *; -Don't pretend to be GMs *; -Do not use any software to aid or manipulate the game, such as bots, macros and autoclicks; -Sale of accounts and characters between players is prohibited;
-Do not advertise any type of game;
-Power abuse will not be allowed, whether from specific guilds or players, hunting for a specific player or specific guild, or dominating an area so as not to let anyone play will be passive of punishment; -Deliberately damaging events or purposely losing to give victory to another is prohibited; -Don't ask for items, gold, coins, or other kind of undue help advantageous at Gms *; -Don't take advantage of any game BUG;
- Do not try to defraud purchases or refund coins improperly and without warning to GMs * - Do not try to deceive other players in order to obtain account or personal data; - Do not spam: Messages, requests for trade, guild, etc.
- Do not lend your password to anyone;
- We are not responsible and we will not help anyone who sold an account or lent it to someone and lost the account, characters or items;
- Attempted fraud or reimbursement may result in the loss of the character if no reason for reimbursement is proven.
- Logging in with more than 1 account at the same time is prohibited if using AutoHunt on accounts simultaneously;
-Selling accounts and characters between players is prohibited.
- All players have an obligation to answer a member of the guild "Staff" in the game, otherwise it will be considered afk.
-Blackmail, threats and retaliation towards GMs or players is also prohibited.
-A GM can block account access, remove items, delete characters, change characters passwords at any time.
-Talking bad about the game in order to denigrate the image of the collaborators or to encourage other players to leave is prohibited in game chats and discord chats.
- The game may undergo any changes that the ADM deems relevant;
- A player can be banned, reset or punished for any reason that the ADM deems harmful to the game and the community, such as offenses, attempted theft, cheating others, disturbing order, retaliating for punishments, obtaining undue advantage and etc.
Golden Rule: Use common sense Breach of rules will result in punishments at the discretion of Gm *. The punishments being: -Warning; -Edit;
-Jail;
-Ban; -Delete. Report any irregularities, bugs, abuses and breaches of rules, help the game to remain fair and fun.

Refund policies for regret (up to 7 days): To request a refund for the purchase of coins, you must send an email to pineappowlgames@gmail.com with the information: -Purchase character name; -Purchase receipt issued by the playstore; -Reason for refund. Remembering that the refund for regret can only be issued within a maximum of seven days after the purchase of the coins, according to the law for the sale of virtual products.
